Photography Release Agreement

This Agreement is made between The Mighty Studio (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

Client acknowledges and agrees that all photographs, images, and related content created by Photographer are the sole and exclusive property of Photographer, who retains full copyright and all associated rights.

Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal and promotional purposes. Whenever the Client posts, publishes, or shares any of the images in any medium, the Client agrees to credit and tag Photographer “@the.mightystudio” wherever reasonably possible.

Client acknowledges that Photographer may use the images for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to portfolio display, website, social media, advertising, marketing, print, exhibitions, and promotional materials, without requiring any further permission from Client and without any compensation or consideration owed to Client.

Client agrees that this Release is binding and irrevocable, and represents that they have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

By signing below, Client accepts all terms of this Agreement.
