THE MIGHTY STUDIO
PHOTOGRAPHER PARTICIPATION AND IMAGE RELEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into between The Mighty Studio, operated by Hailey York, hereafter referred to as the Photographer or Studio, and the participating photographer, hereafter referred to as the Participant.

By attending or participating in any studio session, the Participant agrees to the following terms.

NATURE OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is voluntary and provided without monetary compensation. Participation does not constitute employment, subcontracting, or partnership. There are no session fees, retainers, payments, penalties, guarantees, or obligations associated with participation. Image delivery is not guaranteed.

CREATIVE CONTROL
All sessions are conceived, directed, and executed under the sole artistic control of the Photographer. The Photographer retains full discretion over creative direction, lighting, posing, composition, image selection, editing, and final delivery. The Participant acknowledges that galleries, edits, or images may or may not be delivered at the Photographer’s discretion.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
All images created during the session are the exclusive intellectual property of Hailey York and The Mighty Studio. The Participant acquires no ownership rights in the images regardless of presence or involvement during the session.

The Participant may not sell, license, publish, submit, alter, or commercially exploit any images without prior written permission from the Photographer.

PERMITTED USE AND REQUIRED CREDIT
If the Photographer permits image sharing for personal or educational purposes, all use must include clear credit as follows:

Where applicable, tagging @the.mightystudio is required. Failure to credit constitutes unauthorized use.

MODEL RELEASE AND PROMOTIONAL USE
The Participant grants the Photographer and The Mighty Studio the irrevocable right to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, display, and use the Participant’s likeness in any format and for any lawful purpose including portfolio use, website display, social media, marketing, exhibitions, publications, educational materials, and competitions.

The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve finished images and waives any claim to compensation or royalties.

ATTENDANCE AND CONDUCT
There are no penalties for cancellation or non attendance. The Photographer reserves the right to remove any Participant whose conduct disrupts the session, studio environment, or creative process.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY
The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation. The Studio and Photographer are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or distress incurred during or in connection with the session.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
By attending and participating in a session, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
