The Mighty Studio

Mighty Studio's pricing is based on the number of participants in the session and remains consistent regardless of the number of images requested. See price list here.

Booking Confirmation/ Deposit: a non-refundable fee of $200 + HST is required to confirm your booking. This fee must be sent via e-transfer (to info@themightystudio.ca) within 24 hours of confirmation of reservation.

Rescheduling Policy: if you need to change the date or time or your booking, your deposit fee will be transferred to the new slot, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the original booking time.

No-Show Policy: if you do not attend your scheduled booking, a $200 + HST fee will be applied. Failure to pay this fee (via e-transfer to info@themightystudio.ca) will result in the inability to make future bookings with Mighty Studio.

Final payment: Should money no be received, the gallery will not be provided.

The booking rules and fees outlined in this contract are established to meet the goals and preferences of the client. By agreeing to this contract, you commit to punctuality and acknowledge the importance of adhering to the scheduled booking time. It is crucial that the agreed upon commitment time is respected. In the event that the booking begins late due to circumstances beyond Hailey's control, please note that she will not be held responsible for any photographs that are not captured as a result. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

In the unlikely event of a medical, natural, technical, or other emergency, it may be necessary to reschedule your booking to an alternate date. Hailey will make every effort to avoid any changes to your booking; however, if a change is required, the booking fee will be carried over, and you will be given priority for the new date based on Hailey's availability. Thank you for understanding.

The client agrees that the images produced by Mighty Studio are protected by copyright law and are owned and remain the property of Mighty Studio. Upon final payment of services, the client may share and use the images for non-commercial, personal use, and for the purpose of sharing with friends and family. The client must obtain written permission from, and compensate Mighty Studio prior to any publication of the photographs where the client's friends or relatives publish or sell the images for profit.

By signing this contract, you agree that any social sharing of the images taken by Mighty Studio will be credited accordingly. Tagging or mentioning @the.mightystudio on Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform, is required upon sharing.

All images provided to the client will be accessible via Pixiset for a period of six months from the date they are delivered. Negatives will be stored for five days after delivery. For more information, please refer to the section on "Additional Image & Editing Requests." Please note RAW images will not be provided to the client under any circumstances.

Thee client agrees that images will be received in a combination of black and white and colour as per Hailey's discretion. Any additional requests for images or edits will incur extra fees and must be done within 5 days of reciept. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance regarding this policy, please feel free to ask.

The client acknowledges and agrees that Hailey and the Mighty Studio shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages occurred by the client, their children, or any other individuals present during the photography session. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical injuries, emotional distress, or other damages that may arise from participation in the session. The client assumes all risks associated with the photography session and agrees to release and hold Hailey and the Mighty Studio harmless from any claims or liabilities.
