PURPOSE This session is creative and collaborative in nature. No fees are exchanged by either party. Neither party shall derive direct financial gain from the Images produced.

COPYRIGHT All Images remain the sole intellectual property and copyright of the Photographer (Hailey York / The Mighty Studio) under the Copyright Act (Canada).

PHOTOGRAPHER'S USE The Photographer may use the Images for portfolio, website, social media, editorial, and industry purposes. No commercial advertising use without the Subject's written consent.

SUBJECT'S USE The Subject receives a non-exclusive license to use the Images for personal social media and portfolio purposes only, subject to mandatory credit in every instance:

The Subject may not sell, license, or use the Images in paid advertising or commercial campaigns.

NO ALTERATIONS — Neither party may significantly alter or manipulate the Images in a way that misrepresents the other's work.
