Mighty Studio Terms & Conditions – Group Sessions

SESSION FEES & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payments can be made via Square at the time of booking.

Final payment is due on the day of your session and must be completed via an approved payment method. Your image gallery will not be delivered until full payment is received. Because galleries are often delivered quickly, please be prompt with payment to avoid delays.

The total session price is fixed. Changes in the number of attendees will not reduce or increase the total session fee.

SESSION DETAILS

Group sessions are designed for social and celebratory circumstances (family gatherings, friends, special events, etc.).

Each session includes pre-agreed hours of studio time. Please note that this time frame is fixed and begins at your scheduled start time.

Backdrop requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Your gallery will be delivered through Pixieset and will remain available for 6 months from the delivery date. After that time, galleries will be removed to make room for new sessions.

You will receive a curated selection of the best images from your session. No specific number of images is guaranteed, but Hailey will select and edit the strongest moments that reflect the creativity and emotion of the shoot.

RAW files are never provided and are stored for 1 week after your shoot. During this time, you may request additional edits. Editing requests are billed and must be paid before any edits are facilitated. Editing is billed at $150 + HST per hour.

RETOUCHING & EDITING

Basic retouching is included (light adjustments such as color, tone, and light blemish removal). Complex editing is available upon request at additional cost.

Galleries include a mix of black and white and color images, at Hailey’s discretion.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 1 week notice.

Cancellations or changes made within one week will result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your new session date, subject to availability. The original deposit is valid for up to 1 year from initial payment.

No-shows are not eligible for refund.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive around 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for any last-minute preparation or settling in.

If you arrive late, the missed time will be deducted from your session. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time unless otherwise arranged in advance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You voluntarily participate in your session and assume full responsibility for yourself and any guests present. Mighty Studio and Hailey are not liable for injury, distress, or damage incurred during your shoot.

In rare cases of emergency, technical failure, or unforeseeable circumstances where the session cannot proceed, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE

All images created during your session are the property of Mighty Studio and protected under copyright law.

Clients receive personal use rights upon final payment. This includes:

• Posting on personal social media

• Printing for home use

• Sharing with friends and family

Images may not be used for commercial, promotional, or editorial purposes without written permission and a paid licensing agreement.

SOCIAL MEDIA CREDIT

When sharing images online, clients agree to tag or mention @the.mightystudio on Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms.

PRICING & UPDATES

Pricing is subject to change to reflect the evolving nature of the work, operational costs, and improvements in client experience.

While we do our best to communicate updates via social media and email, it is the client’s responsibility to confirm current pricing before booking. Previous rates will not be honored.

MODEL RELEASE

By booking a session with Mighty Studio, you grant permission for your images (or your child’s) to be used in promotional materials, portfolio, social media, studio displays, and digital or printed marketing.

This release is valid globally and indefinitely unless you request otherwise during your session. No additional compensation will be provided.

AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION

By booking your session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
