The Mighty Studio

Pricing Structure

Mighty Studio operates on an hourly rate basis, with the session fee determined by the number of participants and location of the session.

In-Studio Sessions

·       $700 + HST per hour covers up to 5 people.

·       For every additional group of up to 5 participants, extra time is added proportionally. This system ensures there’s enough time and attention given to each individual or group.

Out-of-Studio Sessions

·       $850 + HST per hour covers up to 5 people. Similar to in-studio, this system is in place to ensure all participating get Mighty attention.

Image Delivery Note

·       No specific number of images is promised or guaranteed.

·       Hailey will deliver a thoughtfully curated gallery of the best images captured during your session, based on creativity, quality, and emotional resonance.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $200 + HST is required and must be sent via e-transfer to info@themightystudio.ca.

·      If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

·      If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

·      If rescheduled with proper notice, your deposit will be applied to the new date (subject to availability).

Final Payment

Final payment is due on the day of your session, and all major payment methods are accepted.

·      Please ensure your payment is made before the session begins, or immediately upon completion. If payment is not received:
Your image gallery will not be delivered until full payment is completed.

·      Any delays in payment may result in a delay in gallery delivery.

Time & Punctuality

By entering this agreement, the client commits to arriving on time for their scheduled session.

·      If the session begins late due to the client’s delay, Hailey will not be responsible for any missed shots.

·      Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time unless previously arranged otherwise.

Emergencies & Rescheduling by Mighty Studio

In the rare event of a medical, technical, or natural emergency, Hailey may need to reschedule your session. If so your booking fee will be carried over. You will be given priority access to available new dates.

Copyright & Image Usage

All images created by Mighty Studio are protected under copyright law and remain the sole property of Mighty Studio.

·      Upon final payment, the client receives rights for personal use. This includes:
Sharing on personal social media accounts

·      Printing for home use

·      Sharing with friends and family

For any commercial or promotional use, you must obtain written permission from Mighty Studio and pay a licensing fee based on usage.

Social Media Credit

When sharing images from your session online, the client agrees to tag or mention @the.mightystudio on Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform where the images are shared.

Image Delivery

·      Your images will be delivered via Pixieset, and will remain available for 6 months from the delivery date.

·      RAW files are never provided.

·      All RAW files are stored for a maximum of 6 days after delivery.

Additional Image & Editing Requests

Your gallery will include a mix of black and white and colour images, at Hailey’s discretion. Any requests for additional edits or image selections will be subject to additional fees

Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that Mighty Studio and Hailey shall not be held liable for any injury, distress, or damage that may occur during the session.You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for yourself and any guests attending.

By signing this contract, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the above terms.
