THE MIGHTY STUDIO: Model and Liability Release Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned parent or legal guardian (the “Guardian”) of the minor named below (the “Model”), and The Mighty Studio (“Photographer”), with respect to the Model’s voluntary participation in a photoshoot for promotional use related to The Mighty Studio’s “Mighty Merch” campaign.

1. Model Release

I, the Guardian, hereby grant the Photographer the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to take, use, publish, and distribute photographs of the Model in any format (digital or print) for commercial, promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes related to The Mighty Studio, including but not limited to social media, website, merchandise, and advertising campaigns.

There is no guarantee that the Model’s images will be selected for final use or publication, but many images will be taken throughout the shoot.

2. Compensation

The Model is volunteering and will receive no monetary compensation or merchandise in exchange for participation in the photoshoot. Any product or item provided to the Model is given at the sole discretion of The Mighty Studio and does not constitute an obligation or contract.

3. Photo Use by Model

The Model and Guardian are welcome to share any provided images on social media platforms. In doing so, they agree to credit and tag @themightystudio in any posts that feature the images.

4. Liability Waiver

The photoshoot will take place in a public outdoor space (a park). By signing below, the Guardian agrees and acknowledges that:

·      Participation is at their own risk.

·      The Photographer is not responsible for the safety, supervision, or well-being of the Model during the shoot.

·      The Photographer assumes no liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or resulting from the session.

5. Acknowledgement

By signing below, I confirm that:

·      I am the legal parent or guardian of the participating minor.

·      I have read and understood the terms of this agreement.

·      I voluntarily give consent to the terms stated above.
