Mighty Studio – Influencer Participation & Image Release

SESSION DETAILS

This session is a creative collaboration with Mighty Studio. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding image ownership, usage, and permissions.

IMAGE DELIVERY

Your edited gallery will be delivered through Pixieset and will remain available for 6 months from the delivery date. After that period, the gallery may be removed to make room for new sessions.

COPYRIGHT & IMAGE OWNERSHIP

All photographs created during your session are the sole property of Mighty Studio and are fully protected under Canadian and international copyright law.
Mighty Studio retains full copyright ownership of all images. Images may not be altered, edited, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes beyond the rights granted below without written permission and appropriate licensing.

USAGE RIGHTS FOR INFLUENCERS

As a participating influencer, you are granted non-exclusive usage rights to the images for the following purposes:

• Posting on your personal social media platforms

• Including images in your influencer portfolio, media kit, or pitch decks

• Sharing online with proper credit

All posted images MUST credit The Mighty Studio in the caption as follows:

Crediting in the caption is required and not optional.

You may not use the images for paid brand partnerships, sponsored posts, product endorsements, commercial advertising, or editorial publications without a written licensing agreement from Mighty Studio.

Mutual Usage & People Exclusive Feature

Mighty Studio grants the influencer non-exclusive rights to use the images for personal promotion, portfolio use, and social media, as well as inclusion in editorial features, including People Magazine (People Exclusive), provided that Mighty Studio receives visible photo credit as:

This credit must appear in the editorial caption or credit line wherever possible.

This permission applies only to editorial usage and does not extend to commercial advertising, brand partnerships, sponsored content, or promotional use by third-party brands without a separate written licensing agreement.

Mighty Studio retains full copyright ownership of all images. Mutual usage means both parties may use the images for their own non-commercial promotional purposes with proper credit.CIAL SHARING

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You voluntarily participate in this session and assume full responsibility for yourself and any guests present. Mighty Studio is not liable for injuries, personal distress, loss, or damage incurred during your shoot.

In the event of emergency, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery of your images, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

By attending your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed above.
