IN HOME SESSION TERMS AND GALLERY USE

SESSION TIME AND CONDUCT

The Photographer agrees to arrive on time for the scheduled session. In home sessions are booked for approximately one hour. Session timing is intentionally flexible to allow for natural moments, transitions, and comfort; however, the Photographer cannot extend beyond the agreed session window.

The Client understands that the Photographer will not remain past the scheduled end time and that late starts, interruptions, or delays caused by the Client reduce available shooting time.

If at any point the Photographer feels unsafe, threatened, uncomfortable, or unable to work due to the environment, behavior, or conditions in the home, the Photographer reserves the right to end the session immediately and leave. In such cases, no refunds, credits, or reshoots will be provided.

BACKDROPS AND SETUPS

In home sessions are documentary in nature. Backdrops, props, or specific setups may be discussed but are not guaranteed and are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or rescheduling.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to in home sessions. Required notice periods, retainers, and forfeiture terms outlined elsewhere in this agreement remain in full effect. Backdrop preferences, styling expectations, or changes in creative preference do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

GALLERY ACCESS AND IMAGE RIGHTS

By accessing your online gallery, you agree to the following terms.

All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of The Mighty Studio.

You are granted personal use rights only. This includes personal social media sharing, printing for personal use, and saving digital files for personal keepsakes.

Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, retouched, resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Mighty Studio.

Screenshots, screen recordings, or reproduction of gallery images outside of purchased or delivered files are not permitted.

The Mighty Studio may use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the session.

IMAGE DELIVERY AND STORAGE

Galleries are delivered digitally and remain available for a limited time as outlined in this agreement. It is the Client’s responsibility to download and back up purchased images within the availability window. The Studio is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking an in home session, accessing your gallery, or downloading images, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
